How long does a T5 swap take?
Ok realisticly, if I have everything i need from a donor car (and i do), how long should this take me....what are some things i need to look out for? I've read throught the tech guide, but I want to know specifics from people that have done the swap. I should have quite a few people helping out too....oh, and no lift, this will be dont in my driveway.

mine was a T56 swap, but everything is similar.
take however long it takes you to do a clutch job, and add about 2 hours under the dash for the pedals and master cyl hookup...
add abotu a hlaf hour for the wiring...

Okay sounds good. One more question though, do I absolutely have to use a new clutch? Or can I use the one from the donor car? And if there are parts that absoluetly must be brand new, what are they? err...i guess that was 2 questions, my bad.

Whether you can re-use the donor parts depends entirely on their condition.

Yep, what MrDude said. Look at the tranny mount too, could be broken.
The pressure plate may need replacing also depending on the "fingers" and surface, and the throwout/release bearing should probably be replaced.
More than likely the flywheel and pressure plate will have some "burns". Depending on how much needs to be removed on the resurfacing, it may mandate new parts.
