lock-up torque coverter
i am currently rigging a b&m tc lockup switch.
I am just wondering when i should press the switch to lockup.
i have heard some people say that a lockup converter is worth 2 tenths
i have also heard of people saying that you only lock it up at low speeds and light acceleration???
which ones are true and when should I lockup the converter?

Do not use the lockup when racing, it will slow the vehicle down, and is very hard on the transmission. When the torque converter is built correctly (matched to the vehicle), it is always quicker & faster unlocked in the quarter mile.
