take a look at these and tell me what ya think about them.i'm not going to bid on these but i did think about making a set of them.we have the SPHERICALspherical ends in stock here in our shop and it wouldn't take a whole lot of effort to make a set.

well it will make the handling very responsive, the bearings will be very short lived, and likely brake if they see alot of street use. for a road-course only car you will be ok. if you see street miles i would suggest running poly endlinks.

i think after a month of daily driving, the movement of the suspension would wear out the joints and theyd squeek... *shrug*

if someone uses these,(i'm thinking of it) if you just unload the bar some, would it reduce the chance of breaking for street use. my car is a open track day/good weather car only. just courious to see if you all would agree on unloading the sway bar for the street, would it help keep the end link stress down?

Here are some made for a vette, this guy is an engineer and does all kinds of far out mods to his vette, if he made em for his vette then I would wouldn't think there would be a problem running them on the street:
YIKES, I post a pic of them but it is HUGE, there are resized on the forum link below so they fit nicely on the screen.

the thing to consider, is the force that the endlink gets when you hit a pothole.
when you are OT'ing a car, you don't have those same forces over and over and over. on the stree the endlinks take sudden poundings, over and over and over.
here is a pic to make you think twice. the vette looks good setting them up, but here is what can happen...

if you're willing to swap them onto your car for autoX, or for a strip car, they could be pretty nice though...
you could preload a strip car with the rear sway bar.....
*shrug*
i started looking at them for somthing else im making on a gokart suspension... i found lotsa pics of broken ones.. some look downright scary.

Ha! I have a set of those too. Gonna eBay them sometime I suppose. Guldstrand says mine fit the g-body and the 63-67 vette I think but they look identical to the ones you posted.
I ran them for a while and didn't feel they helped anything but did add noise, and started to wear the end link hole in the LCA a bit. I'm back to poly for my endlink needs.
