Engine: 5.7
Transmission: 6 spd
Axle/Gears: 3:92
I need an instruction book from a Transgo 700R4 shiftkit
I need an instruction book from a Transgo 700R4 shiftkit. Any body know where I can get or download one? Or does anybody know what modification to the 700R4 valvebody is done in this kit to get the tranny to manualy shift (hold first or second) without a forced upshift from the gov.?

To hold first gear TransGo hijacks the 3-2 control valve and uses it (along with a custom valve) as the 1-2 manual hold valve.

It was one of those experience gaining mistakes. I will be buying a Transgo kit.
