4th gen rear swap??

I have a 91 rs camaro with the limited slip diff. I just installed a 350 with 11:1 comp fulie heads air gap man with a 600 carb. Im afraid that with my new found hp i will blow the rear end right off with a few hard launches. I cant afford a bullet proff rear end right now from moser so i was wondering if i can do a swap with a 4th gen camaro. Im looking for a posi rear with 3.73 gears, im just wondering if its a clean swap or do i have to do some fabrication and if so can i work my way around it by buying and adapters. Im also worried about the brake lines my drum brakes and suspention crossing over to the new rear will there be problems?? any kind of help would be nice thanks alot!!
