is there any such thing as a "performance throw out bearing" or a recommended one? i would think it comes with it. i know my LT1 pressure plate comes with the bearing already attached. its a different design than the 3rd gen ones i believe.

When I bought my LT4 pressure plate assembly from Dal at Vandevere Olds, it came w/ the throwout bearing. Cost was ~$230 or so.
