I've decided on getting a vigilante converter for my 700 r4 and my new setup. I was just curious on whcih stall I should get though.

Here's the setup: NOW: 425-450 horse 355
LATER: centrifugal supercharger ( 600+ hp)

Rearend: 3.23's for now, when I get the blower I'll change the rear and the gears will be 3.42's or 3.73's.

Should I go for the 2800 or 3200????

I was thinking the 2800 because once I install that blower I'll have all the torque I could ever want, and an extra tenth or two is not worth the driveability to me.

The car will not be specifically for drag racing purposes, but for fun runs and the occassional trip to the races.

Yeah... that supercharger will make the stall flash a lot higher... when I got my ACT 9.5" I got a 2400 for the stock 350 cause I was planning on adding a ATI d-1SC and Pro-Built said it would make it flash at least around 3k cause they boost up tq so much.

It really all depends on the cam in the motor... when you order one from Pro-built he takes down everything: the whole combo pretty much and the gear ratio to figure up the stall.

I would say no more than 3k natural aspirated... then if you decide against doing the blower you could always take it off and send it in for a free change.
