2.73 to 3.42 differential gears.

I am in the process of switching from a 2.73 to a 3.42 rear end. I have around 375 hp out of the motor and running a th350 with a shift kit. How mucg of a difference am I going to notice? I have next to no idea what to expect, but I got a good deal on the 3.42 so I figured why not. Thanks

It will accelerate more rapidly in all likelihood. You may create (or aggravte) traction problems.
