I have a steel driveshaft is spicer p/n 5-3147x correct?

Sounds right....
Look at it. If it uses the inside clips, the ones that look like a half-circle and clip onto the the U-joint bearing cup and go inside the ears of the yoke, it's the right one. If it has outside clips, that are a full circle and go inside the U-joint bearing cup bore in the yoke to the outside of the cups, they're wrong. Seems to me that the wrong # is 28-153X (fits Turbo 400 yokes and similar)
