How do I replace the Speedometer Sensor on my V6 700R4 tranny, since it doesn't have Speedometer Cable??? I have a 91 Camaro RS 3.1L v6..... Any info on the difficulty and pulling anything out, please post..... Thank U

 

im "assuming" the tranny is the same as my 700r4. The electronic speedo is on the tailshaft. It has one small bolt on the drivers side, and a plastic plug. You should be able to get to it without much trouble. Once you take that bolt out, it will jus slide right out. If you need to change the gear in there, then you will need to pull the tailshaft off (lots more work).
