Corvette servo install

I just picked up a corvette servo for my 700r4,is this as straight forward an operation as it looks in my manual ,or are there a few things to know about before i dive in. Most people seem to think it's a worthwhile mod, but i'd like to hear from people who have done it to their trans.and their experience with it as well as the performance gain. Thanks in advance....

I would say it is well worth it. It is a pretty straight forward install. The hardest part is not having enough space to get to the servo to get everything removed. I had to drop the transmission by removing the crossmember and lowering it with a jack. Getting the retaining ring for the cover off and on was a real PITA. I still say it is worth it.

I seen a big change. The shifts were quicker and a little stiffer. I seen a bigger change in the 1-2 shifts. There was a little change in the 2-3 shift.

This website might help you a little but it is a pretty staight forward install once you are able to get to everything. The kit that I got had pretty good diagrams.
