i want to swick my 3.23 rear gears to about a 3.73. my question is how hard is it to change them and do you have to take the whole rear end out? do you have to take it to a shop to do? is so how much do they usualy charge?

it's easier to r&r the rear, labor should be in the 2-3 hour flat rate area, it requires a lot of specalized tool most likely you don't have and wouldn't want to buy. i think ron terry has a complete listing, do a search for his name on this board and see what you can find.
