Cars in signature. Man am I lovin it! It shifts so quick and hard now even with the bland stall level (1800) its a hell of an improvement.
I had the chance to go at it with a 4th gen Z28 the other night and I lost but I kept up for way longer than I ever have before I had the overhaul. I'm guessing it was an LT1, but I am still quite pleased. I chirped going into to second which is so cool I think, lol.

thats kool..... one question... i am an engine man not a trans guy..... what does the corvette servo do for you? i have absolutely no idea... this is the first time ive ever run a performance motor on an auto... i sold my t-56 for a rediculous amount of money so im just having fun with options now... i am going to beef up my 700 and put in a governer recalibration kit... transpak.... and 3000 stall.

It has more holding power - basically allows more fluid.
It offers firmer underdrive shifts (1-2-3) than OEM f-body.
It might not be a corvette servo, I have yet to confirm that. It may be better aftermarket. I'll let you guys know when I find out.

Ok it's a Gil Younger shift kit. Which basically means it's a Trans Go shift kit. Which is ok with me. I also have a case saver which helps marginalize thrashing from the reverse gear. So I think it's a good transmission for now.

Oh yeah, and I found out yesterday that it was an LS1! I'm pleased as punch - I'm sure if the race had been longer I;d have lost worse but I'm still cool with that. LS1's are so quick.
