Car: was: 1984 Camaro Z28
Engine: was: L69
Transmission: was: 700-R4
All driveshafts from 1983 to 2002 will interchange. Only difference is the LS1 driveshafts are 3" diameter, vs the 2.75" diameter of previous 1LEs. I have an aluminum driveshaft off of a 2001 A4 SS in my 1984 Z28 (was 700-R4, now) T5. No problems at all ... and I got it for $70.
