New Dyno Info

I dynoed my car again today.
it shows my previous best and my new best on the same sheet.
The difference between the two is siamesed intake in 4 inches, i portmatched the heads and put new valve springs on, LT1 cam (didn't do much because i had the L98 can but i wanted to try it)
the car was running real rich and i kept turning the fuel pressure down but its still not tuned perfect.
i really need to burn a chip for it to get it running right. when i do that i feel i can pick up another 20 hp or so

got busy putting the image in and forgot to talk about the dyno

as you can see i lost some torque below 3400 rpms (about 6 ft-lbs) but gained hp above 3400 rpms (20hp)
those are peak numbers but the gain is relatively even through the graph.
also look how much smoother the engine is now

20 RWHP is very nice gain. The "roughness" of the baseline curve may have been due to the knock sensor pulling out and adding back timing through the range.

Nice numbers for a 305 . lets see what you get after everthing is
corrected?? I think the lack of response to your Post is that some people do not like dyno charts showing numbers they can't reach.

what you mean corrected? the actual hp i put down was lower than that. the gain was the same no matter what you look at.
if you were asking about SAE Hp and tq i ended up with 217 hp and 258 tq. the standard is just a different correction factor. they printed that one out too but i misplaced it so i haven't scanned it yet.
but the gain is what is important to me

By correcting, I thought you were having tuning problems on your
runs. I did not question your numbers which are very good. Sorry for any misunderstanding.
