Ford Fuelies

I am not much of a mechanic but i did buy ford fuel injectors and i was wondering if they will bolt right into my 350 tpi the guy that sold them said they would but i thought they might not because chev is a different company then ford not to mention they are totally different cars. and right now my injectors are so bad my car smells like a skidoo.

yes they will work, but Ford injectors are rated at a different fuel pressure than TPI's. In order to have them function at their best, you should reprogram your eprom to match the new injector flow rates..see the tech articles on the subject. cheers, Bob

Even more important, which ford fuel injectors did you get? There are a bunch of different flow ratings available, need to know what you have first and then go from there on what to do about it.

Well do you think they'll fit? I mean do they look like they will?
I ask because I was thinking about getting a set from the guy you bought them from. The other injectors I was thinking about were actually F.O.R.D injectors from 86-93 5.0 bustangs. They are 19#/hr injectors for 209.00 from SUMMITT RACING but more than the probable 114.00 you spent. Please let me know how these work.
Thanks,
Jeff
