383 TPI Cam Suggestion

i was following a build up from Super CHevy Magazine and they used a COmp Cams HR XR264HR with .487/.495 lift split, a 212/218 duration split, and a 110-degree lobe separation angle. what is the drivability like with a cam like this?

Re: 383 TPI Cam Suggestion

Yup. Hardly notice that cam in a 383. I did a L98 all stock with the next sized up cam from that one and it drove as good as stock with a tiny bit of lope to it. Good street cams
