A few quick q's (please)
1. I just tested my fuel pressure and with the regulator hose connected, I got a reading of approx 30 psi (can't remember) at idle. When I disconnected the regulator hose (for the true reading) I read right at 42 psi at idle AND at WOT. The guage didnt move. Whats up with that? The car was NOT warmed up BTW (if that matters) & I am running an SLP prom
2. MY FP guage is pissing me off!! I have to use a 45* angle adapter on the shcrader valve to get my guage to fit without interferance. Any of you have this "clearance" problem? I have SLP runners BTW and I cant just "bolt" the guage uo b/c it just doesnt fit. I am using an "Actron" FP guage
3. I have a cyberdyne A/F ratio guage. AT WOT it reads 2 bars rich (two orange after the green). How is this so if Im only at 42 psi at WOT? Isn't that normal or stock? I know the A/F guage isnt the best tuning tool in the world...but damn!
4. Where/who has the tech article for the homemade adj. FPR? I am beginning to think mine aint adjustable!?!?!? It looks "newer" and has the torx bolts all around it and an allen head "thingy" in the middle...frankly, Im scared to mess with it at this point.
5. Are you guys pulling the valve stem out of the schrader valve, or does your FP guage push it in so i will work properly?
thanks for the help in adavance!!!!

1. Fuel pressure will remain constant with the vacuum line disconnected. That is what the regulator is for. This is purely mechanical, the computer has zero control of pressure.
2. My system is still all stock. But, my fuel pressure guage CAME with an angled fitting.........
3. GM ran the mixture rich from the factory. I am not sure how much "two bars" represents, but, if it remains stable, sounds ok to me.......
4. Used to be a technical article for this, not sure what happened to it.......
5. My guage pushes the valve in itself.
Hope this helps.
