GM Flow tests (stumbled on website)
This may be posted somewhere here already, but I found it handy. I googled the part number on my injector, and this page was the first link. Great information

I can add to that, this is a video of injector testing before and after cleaning.
Found it interesting. Enjoy

Why does your tb need to be rebuilt? leaking past the blades? Any good carb shop should be able to remedy that

Re: GM Flow tests (stumbled on website)
The butterfly shafts run direct in the alum housing , there are no bushes so eventually the alum wears oval and the blade is no longer sitting in the correct position
Typically observed as the RPM " hanging up " when the pedal is released because the butterflies jam on the side of the bore and the pedal needs a hard tap in order to break them free and the idle to drop down.
Aftermarket rebuilders drill the shaft hole out and install bushes to correct the problem ( and make the TB last much longer )

Thanks for the link Vetteoz. I got two stock TBs and on both the shafts wobble.
