stewarts mechanical efi fuel pump
I was not sure where to post this, sorry if its in the wrong board.
Ive wanted to go to efi on my s10 but I really dont want to tear into it to route a return line. I was reading some of my old Hot Rod magazines and came across an article on a mechanical fuel pump that can pump pressures high enough for efi and it can dead head.
Im just wanting to see if anyone has had experience with one of these? Ive read reviews of people who had great luck, and people who havent.

Re: stewarts mechanical efi fuel pump
There are deadhead fuel systems using a elec pump that have the regulator and bypass line in or at the tank
and only single line to the engine bay
IIRC the C5/C6 Corvette has that setup

Re: stewarts mechanical efi fuel pump
Interesting, I didn't know that. After doing some googling it seems like some guys dead head thier electric fuel pumps. Does vaporworx sell components? Does anyone make a regulator with a recirc or a return line built in so the pump won't dead head?
