Car won't start. (Fuel Pump related)
Have an 87 Iroc LB9. Resurrecting it from a 12 year sitting period. Needed a new fuel pump so I replaced the whole tank to the 4th gen plastic tank. Worked well for a brief period of time but now I'm getting no power to the pump. I replaced the fuel pump relay today so that can be eliminated. I'm fairly certain my problem is not that the pump is seized because its fairly new, and if I were getting power to the pump, then I would either be blowing a fuse or the pump would work. I'm kinda lost as to what to do next, any suggestions would be great.

Start with the basics.
Put power direct to the pump and see if it actually runs ,if it does then back track through the pump wiring to the battery
Means squat if you have no power to the relay ; either on the pump circuit or the relay control circuit
Does pump run if you jumper the terminals in the relay connector?
Do you have 12V on the pump circuit at the relay with key off?
Do you have 12V at relay on the relay control circuit with key on?
Do you have power coming out of relay to pump when relay operated?
Many thing to check
