Re: Which aluminum cylinderheads to buy?
Nice. Given the fact that Im gonna port n polish my SLP Runners, Edl hi flow base, EDL TES exhaust, and siamese my plenum, I should be able to smoke the hell out of my buddies 89 Formula with these heads. I cant wait for the "Big Federal" check.

Port the base but dont really waste time polishing it. Air flows better with partially rough surface surprisingly enough
Open up the base as much as you can
Be aware that the 210 heads are a 1206 gasket size. Not sure how much you can open up a TPI base but you may only get to 1205 before you run out of room. Proper way is to add welded material to the intake but you MAY beable to get more with room with intake port epoxy.

Re: Which aluminum cylinderheads to buy?
Dart has a new line of "SHP" heads out that I would be looking at. They are doing a lot of stuff with "wet flow" technology. CFM on a flow bench isn't everything by any means unless you have enough cam/intake and the willingness to spin the engine high enough to make a difference a ton of flow will do very little for you over all.

SHP heads are based on a older pro 1 casting made here in America. They are ok heads for mild street motors. The flow numbers are decent with the 64cc chambers from a test i've seen posted, but the ports could be greatly improved with some work. Good valve job and bowl blend will help. Bang for the buck they are a decent head but the Pro 1 Platinums nowadays has these beat by a long shot...but the price is alot higher as expected.
If you can get AFR's for 1400 bucks or near that, thats a pretty hard deal to beat when looking at ANYONE's head. Considering the components you get.
