Engine swap needs computer tuning?

So i built a 355ci that was gonna go into a carburated drag car, plans changed now i have a 87 camaro with the tpi and i wanted to buy the Weiand Stealth Ram EFI Intake Manifold with 36lbs injectors and the holley twin 58mm thottle body, now my question is if anyone knows if you need to do anything to the computer for the bigger injectors or anything like that? I have been a carb guy my whole life so this whole computer and fuel injection is new to me and i would like to give it a try. If anybody knows anything could you let me know thanks!

To get the best performance, you will need to adjust the size of your injectors in the PROM. You can try it without any changes, and the MAF will adjust some, but those injectors are a lot larger than stock, so I think it will run pretty rich with the stock tune. JMHO
