weiland stealth ram ?

I'm pretty new to the third gen world so I don't know too much about them. Is the weiland stealth ram intake be a good upgrade? Is it be a direct replacement like it says it would?

Check out some of the sticky threads at the top of the TPI forum. The HSR seems to be a big improvement in flow ect.
