SLP compaired to Holley Stealth Ram

This has probably been answered all ready but any help would be appreciated. I have a 1990 IROC L98 350 tpi with headers, 3 inch exhaust and 373 gears. I have a new TPIS Big Mouth intake, SLP runners and a fully ported 88 plenum (can convert to air density), new 24lb injectors, and a BBK 52mm throttle body. I was planning on putting this on my motor within the month. I now have a chance to get a complete Holley Stealth Ram with fuel rails, injectors and adjustable fuel pressure regulator for $500.00. Now the question would be which one would be the best set-up? Which one would create more horsepower? Would I have to reprogram my stock prom? I have a spare computer (ECM) that is just sitting around that I could send off for reprogramming. I'm also swapping my stock rockers with 1.6 (intake side) and 1.5 (exhaust side) roller rockers. I plan on going with a bigger cam down the road.

I am currently running the SLP runner, ported base & plenum.but with 3.42 gears. I recently purchased a HSR and plan on changing it out next month. You could benefit from a custom chip for both but even more so with the HSR.

Thanks... Did your current set-up need a tune? Since you are going to the HSR I would assume that would be your choice. In your opinion is $500.00 a good deal for a complete HSR? I can also get the megasquirt EFI for it also. Would this be better than the stock ECM?
