wrong depth on underdrive pulley
Has any one else run into this problem when they went to install a set of under drive pulleys? The set was a two piece steel set and the crank pulley didnt stick out far enough to corectly align my serp belt by 7/16"? The set claimed to fit all 88-92 camaro/firebird with serp belts, mine is a 88 and I was under the impression that all are the same. Am I wrong or was this made wrong? I called the supplier and they only offered to refund my money and didnt offer a different part.

Re: wrong depth on underdrive pulley
It's possible a different applications pulley got put into your box. Thier is no washer between the damper and crank pulley so that couldnt cause it. Thier is a thread on the parts for sale section NORCALZ28 is selling a 2 piece set. Maybe get your money refunded and buy his set. Probably save some $$$$

i wonder if they gave you a 1984-91 C4 corvette lower
pulley by mistake as that is the only one i can think
of that is basicly the same but with a shorter offset
from the crank damper face...
