You are going to get a lot of people trying to tell you over the counter chips are snake oil and to spend 400 buck on programming equipment and burn your own. Don't listen to that advice. Burning a chip can be complex.
I see you are new here and there are a couple of good over the counter chips I recommend and have had good experiences with that will yeild at least 2 tenths in the quarter mile with a simple plug in install
The Fastchip from Ed Wright. This is the only chip I known that updates part and full throttle programming. A great product from a custom tuner. Get there stage 2 chip
http://www.fastchip.com/
And the Jet Stage 2 chip

I would take the Fastchip over the JET. Both are alot better then the hypercrarp.

I'm going to give you "that advice". Don't buy it. If you want a performance increase, get an AFPR and advance your timing. It may take a while to see what your car likes. I actually leaned my car out some and advanced the timing to 8 when I was stock. It worked out well. Some people get better results by adding more fuel, and bumping the timing to 10. A mail order chip is a shot in the dark. Also, it is not near $400 for chip burning equipment.
I knew nothing about chip burning. I got a chip from Ed Wright to at least get my car running after my H/C/I swap. I was happy it got the car drivable. But it was very rich, and had a stutter from 1800-2000 rpm. He wrote me a few more chips. Each one helped a bit, but it was still rich, and still had the stutter. In my opinion, he felt hassled and didn't really want to even look at my data logs and write a ton of chips. I understand this. In the mean time, I was trying to learn chip burning because I knew the only way to get a really good tune is to do it yourself. I asked Ed for my .Bin file, so I could build off his tune, and stop hassling him for more chips. He kind of flipped out and accused me of wanting to give the bin away on the internet. Because that's what I wanted to do, pay $300 for a chip, and give the bin away on the internet for free...
Anyway, I got the bin anyway, and built off it. The tune was good, but conservative. After about 3 weeks of solid reading, I started burning my own chips. I made the tune more aggressive, leaned it out where it wasn't super rich, and got rid of most of the stutter. I gained quite a bit more power. It only took 12 chips, haha. And I still have more tuning to do. This is by no means a dig at Ed Wright. He is a good guy, and told me right from the start in no way is a mail order tune going to be spot on. I knew this, but it would be leaps and bounds better than the stock tune, which it was.
Sorry for the rant. Save your money for a nice cat back or headers. Or even chip burning equipment if you're up for it.
