trouble finding part

I am helping my buddy fix an 85 trans amwith a 305 tpi and he needs the coolant temp sensor in the front of the intake manifold (long story, he broke it off at the nut) and we went to autozone to get one, but all we could find is the sensor that goes into the head for the gauge. What is the word of that part so we can get it? What really sucks is I used to work for autozone and I can't find the darn thing! Isn't it just called a coolant temp sensor? How do I find this thing?

Re: trouble finding part

That would be it. Thanks for that, I can't believe that I could get that to show up on the computer. I remember looking it up once when I was working there but for the life of me, I couldn't find it yesterday. Thanks again and have a good day.
