Smog Pump Removal

Ok i have read the tech article about the belt, and if it wasn't raining i most likely could figure this out, but can u guys tell me exactly what has to be taken off to take the pump off? All the rest of the emission crap has been removed, i just haven't had the cash to buy the belt so i left the pump itself on. So can anybody help me out? I won't have much time to get this thing off with my work schedule in the next week so i would like to get my *** out there and just ****** it off tonight in the rain lol

Re: Smog Pump Removal

https://www.thirdgen.org/serpentine That article mainly speaks of the belt but you also need to remove or plug off the air tubes from the exhaust manifolds and if you leave the pump hooked up to the belt it will make a nasty pulsating noise.

you need to take the pulley off first(three 10mm bolts)
then behind that pulley you'll find 2 or 3 torxhead bolts holding the pump to the bracket(t40) i bel. is the size? Might also be t45 or 50
