Edelbrock TPI system: thoughts??

What does everyone think about the Edelbrock TPI baseplate and Runners??
I bought some Bosch design III 22 lb injectors and went to install them... and well... something happened and i need a new baseplate and runners.
What do you guys think about the EBrock system? is there a better setup that costs the same and is better??

Thanks guys!

Review the attached article entitled "Ten Times The Torque". It compares several base plate and runner combinations on a TPI set up including the Edelbrock system. Hope this helps somewhat.

Re: Edelbrock TPI system: thoughts??

I went with the Edelbrock Base/Runners. I can't tell you about the Performance increase because I changed too many other things at the same time. There is a lot of material to port them out. I ported out the runners and smoothed out the base I also matched the plenum to the runners. I don't have any complaints. I used a cheapo Harbor Frieght die grinder with a speed controller with some good carbide burrs and some flapper wheels.

I ported farther down the runners after the pics were taken.
