newb need some input please...

Hey everyone, You folks have been recommended and this looks like the right place for answers...

I looked around a bunch but I am extremely new to TPI/EFI so I just thought I'd post some pictures of what I have and maybe someone can tell me what it is...(mainly ecu and perfect power module)

I'm wanting to convert my 78 4x4 chevy truck with this TPI, specs on the truck are..
406 SBC
5.7 scat rod
KB hyper pistons
scat 3.75 stroke crank
Dart iron eagle heads 200cc heads w/76 cc chamber
RV cam with stock hydraulic lifters and pushrods but want to replace cam when I do this swap so any info there would be nice.
TH350
3:73 gear
31x10x15 tire
The engine was re-built by me about a year or so ago and runs good but my goal is for it to run better and possibly get better gas mileage.

I don't need it to scream, I have a second gen Camaro for that and this is the tow vehicle.

Thanks in advance!
John

Perfect Power Module tied into the wiring harness.

The ecm 1227730 is for a 90 to 92 tpi speed density system, maybe others.

The 7730 is also used on the RWD 3.1l v6, and many FWD cars as well.

As for tuning, I would go to the DIY tuning board on here and read up. Very frustrating at first. But at the end, you have learned alot and can make your motor respond the way you want for your driving style.
