how much less do aluminum heads weigh?
how much less would say Vett L98 aluminum heads weigh over stock iron heads?

A lot. I had to use both hands to move my Iron Eagles around. All the aluminum heads I have played with I could lift with one hand or even a few fingers. those are all aftermarket heads though, not OEM aluminum's.

The stock heads are about 45# a piece. The AL's weigh 16-19# depending on who's scale you want to trust. Mine were 16# assembled (according to my trusty scale). Thats a total of 58 less. Yea, they are quite light.
Most AL heads weigh more, like 25-30 each.
