Fuel Injectors

im playing around with my camaro i just happen to have some 440cc injectors from a DSM that were laying around, i don't know what they equate to in a lb but i found a calculator on line that said they were approximately 41lb, so my question is what do i need to do to use these injectors? or would they even be worth wasting my time to use?

also they are low impedance, does anyone know what impedance the camaro uses?

thanks

Re: Fuel Injectors

I assume this is for the engine listed in your profile, a 305TPI. If those are 41lb injectors, they flow almost twice as much as stock, 19 lbs. You would have to re-tune the ECM to run them. My stock injectors all read about 16.7 ohms.

mitsu dsm fuel rails have a .425 diam hole for the injector to go in.. the camaro is 15mm. so there is no way they fit. plus you can not put a low z injector in a stock computer without really screwing it up. put the dsm's on e bay..
