Injector ID help
I have a tpi system off an 85 Corvette in a third gen Chevelle with a ZZ3 crate motor.(1227165 ECM) The injectors (as I was told by the previous owner) are 30lb. If anyone could help me id these I would really apperciate it. The numbers on them are 5235041 and 0280150223. Thanks.

What paint is left on the body is black, as well is the plastic connector. They look to be factory, but I can't find the number in any reference material. The injectors are Bosch units because of the Bosch TM on the top.

Well I don't have that number, but I do have a listing for the 5235047, and that is a 1985 305 injector. So looking at the part number, yours is before this one, so I'd guess it was a 1985 Vette part number, or at least from that era.
I looked at the bosch number and I don't have a listing for it. But you could walk down to GM and see if they have a listing for the 5235041.
If it is from a vette, they are not 30lb. If they are from a factory GM car, they are not 30 lb. The highest factory oness I recall from that time were the buick ones at 27 lbs.
If the previous owner was using the stock prom, then there is a slim chance that 30 lb injectors would work well.
Just my 2 cents. Call up GM.
Mark.
