Or a leaking FPR. Or a stuck/leaking injector. It could also be a shorted injector driver transistor or the injetor wiring, or a single grounded injector (same effect).

hey dude i just had the EXACT same problem. i changed my injectors today and it solved the problem. just check your plugs just to make sure they are soaked in gas. just so you know its flooded for sure.

man i mess with this thing allday it went from flooding to getting no gas at all its gettig gas all the wat up to the fuel rails and thats as far as i can get it
