My question is are there any issues with egr or mounting of intake on motor.Swapping from a 305 tpi to a zz4 tpi. What am i going to need to replace.

Yes, the ZZ4 heads have no EGR setup in them, and the heads have the 86 and earlier bolt angles on them. You'll need an aftermarket intake manifold like Edelbrock, TPIS, or Accel, and route the EGR like an L98 Corvette does to be smog legal.

I had my stock 92 TPI base cut to fit my ZZ4 heads at a machine shop for $25.
The Corvette EGR set-up does not seem to difficult to rig up.
Everything else was easy. The passenger side head is missing one bolt hole for the serpentine belt brackets. No problem, there are plenty others and bracing present. Engine oil cooler lines will not fit around the larger harmonic balancer. Just run Mobil One like the Vettes. You'll also need a new water pump, can't use the one that come stock on the ZZ4. I also swapped my valve covers from my L98 to the ZZ4 so all the gromet holes were correct. ZZ4's have the same valve covers on both side. I was able to sell all the parts I took off my ZZ4, intake, waterpump and valve covers on this board.
