what year did the TPIs go to speed density?

having a MAF issue i think w/ my 87 and got a MAF of a 89.

will it work???

 

speed density years 90- 92.im pretty sure it will work. someone will chime in thats sure it will.later jimmy

well i did replace the MAF. no codes have poped up since clearing them. but the car is sluggish and feels like it has no power. also is a bit hard to start.

i have replaced the MAF and fuel pump relays in the past two monthes.

not sure where to go at this point.

 

Fuel Pump. Check your fuel pressure at prime, should be about 43-ish.

 

it seems to have worked itself out. runs a bit sluggish when cold. no codes have popped. MAF has been on about a week. took it for a LONG drive Sat. nite w/ no issues.

i have no FP gauge to check it. car does need a tune up bad. Im going to do that then see where im at.
