hmm...if its fuel related, then when you have the fuel tank topped off it should run a lil better maybe, and if you just punch that gas a lil harder than normal it should help too, lol. try changing your fuel filter it could be clogged and plus having a bad one isnt good for your fuel pump anyway. if its fuel related and the car is hard to crank (this prolly wont work if the fuel pump has completely quit) turn the key into the ON position (where the dash lights come on, dont crank it) for about 4 seconds and then turn it off. wait a few seconds, then do it again. do that about 4 times or so and then try to crank it. (you should be able to hear that fuel pump kick on when you turn it in the on position) doing that builds up fuel pressure. if none of that helps check your distributor module and rotor. once the module warms up it can start missing and cause the car to shut down. try cleaning the injectors and the IAC. does the car crank back up after it dies? if so, then maybe your TPS is set too low. is the Idle steady? lol hell, you got anymore info on what all its doin'?

well it turns on everytime but just slowly dies i can hear the fuel pump but the noise fluctuates from real noisy and loud to quiet when i give it just a tap of gas it'll die or if i just let it idle long enough it will die

Go to your nearest Autozone, Murrays, whatever... get a $35.00 fuel pressure test gauge, and use it.
