Hey ODB,
I dont recall but i had an argument with someone about my combination in my signature below. But lets say the car has a good suspension set up and slicks with great shifting and of course an exaust cutout. Lets say a guess what do u think my potential in the quarter mile is. I know its impossible to know, but i need just a guess.

Vortech,
Yes it's possible,
but you will need to have control over two things.
1) the ECM for tuning.
2) the intake air temperature.
getting that control you need will cost some money. Then when you reach that stage of tuning you are likely to start breaking parts. Your goal will be much much easier with an automatic.
a 6 lb blower needs gears and a manual,
a 12 lb blower w/intercooler doesn't.
People like to combine a small shot of N2O with their blown setups.
