Fuel rail Question
What kind of fuel rail is this? What is the thing attached to the end?

Rich,
Its your nineth injector fuel line. It helps you to fire up during cold starts. It was later eliminated by retarding the timing and enriching your startup function in the memcal. Your manifold and runners should have a ninth injector bung in between the 1 and 3 port. If you don't want to use it or if your after market mani/runners do not have this provision then plug it up and you will have to tune your chip to accomedate for this.
