Re: smoke show
99-1 its valve stem seals.
Can try changing types of oil, some are better at burning off than others, other than that your gonna need to do valve stem seals, its only like a 1/2 day job, its not too bad.

Re: smoke show
My GTA was 4 years old when I got it.. It was blowing oil on startup pretty bad. It would puff a huge blue cloud and sometimes the smoke was so thick, you couldn't see through it.
I remember starting it up one evening in the parking lot of a nice restaurant that had an outside patio where they served meals.. The smoke cloud I made blew over to the patio and smoked out all the people real good. It was SO embarrassing driving out of the lot with all those folks cussing me
I was in an apartment back then and had the seals done for me because I had nowhere to work. ( It cost 400 bucks at a dealer !) I've had no oil puffs ever since.

Re: smoke show
Yeah, I have the same problem on my car. I'm planning on new ones being in soon.
It is really embarassing, though.

Re: smoke show
what is embarassing is firing up your car infront of 30 people only to put new clouds in the sky.. leaking copper gaskets, and leaking head studs both at the same time.. btw, i literally put new clouds in the sky.. and my car is not exactly a beater or quiet
