Fuel pump strength
ok. so heres the situation. i am putting a 88 305 tpi on a 350 crate motor which is going into a jaguar xjs. not sure if you guys know anythign about the xjs but it's origionally a v12 and i have heard that it has an 80-somethin- psi fuel pump on it. i have also heard that with the 19 lb fuel injectors you can run a really strong fuel pump to them and do some other mods to get them to pump out alot of power. what exactly would i need to mess with to "soop" up the 19 lb system? or should i just stop wasting my time and just go buy some 25 lb+ injectors w/ regulators. (im looking to push aoubt 350 hp) Nothing special but i've gotta out perform the old v12

Re: Fuel pump strength
If I were you id go with bigger injectors and regulate the psi to like 45.
At 80psi those 19lb injectors are going to have some whack spray pattern and itll probably mess them up running all the time at that high.
