what do you think my car will run

i have a 89 iroc 305 tpi .I am putting accel runners ,base ,injectors,tps fuel regulator.edelbrock headers ,gutted convertor,flowmaster 3 inch single exhaust,vette aluminum heads 58cc.crane 1.6 roller rockers.this is going on my stock bottom end.the gear is a 273 i think,i have a rearend from a 87 iroc with disc brakes it is one of those australion made .it has 3.23 i think. i was wondering what you think this car will run in the 1/4 miile

First off if you don't change the cam it won't do you much good to do any of that. Yes you will see an improvement but one of the biggest restrictions for TPI on a 305 is the CAM!!! CHANGE IT!!! 58mm throttle body will be WAY to big. I would go with your stock 48 maybe a 52 if you think it will make you happy but a 48 with an airfoil will flow enough air to make 450 horsepower. Too much bigger and you will have too much for a 305. Do some checking as far as baseplates go so that you don't go too big. Baseplates are good for a 305 but if you don't have a cam then you will hit a brick wall at 4700 rpm. You will need a really big CAM and and a good high stall converter. The Accel intake and runners on a 305 and a great cam, headers and make sure you do valve springs, will be able to rev to as high as 6000 rpm.

unless you are going with a bigger cam, you dont need larger runners or intake on a 305.
