Gaskets for Big Mouth & An accident
1st Problem.
I recently purchased a Big Mouth manifold with AS&M runners and TB. I need to get the gaskets to go along with it. I know I can get the runner gaskets from TPiS and understand which ones to get but which manifold base gaskets should I use for a stock L-98? BTW the system I bought from a member here is absolutely beautiful and once I get it on I will post pics.
2nd Problem.
I was heading home from work and a fella clipped my left rear quarter panel (she was such a perfectly mint original car). Car isn't real bad but i went through a ditch and looks like it will be a total paint job. Problem is the insurance company is estimating about 4K for the repairs and are leaning towards totaling the car. I know I can fix it pretty cheap myself so even if they total it out I will buy the car back. Problem is the salvaged title. Anyone know if I will be able to register it in Texas. I can't find anything on the Texas DOT website.

Yeah, the stock gaskets are TINY and are almost useless on stock runners (I would be very curious to see if you could pick up flow by changing gaskets on a stock setup) the number is MRG-146. I'm using these on my hogged out TPI intake, the quality seems a good bit better then the felpros too IMHO, I was not all that impressed with them.

My oversized gaskets were Mr. gasket part number # 142. The ones posted above looked like stock gaskets ....no mention of oversized
