TPI on a non-roller camed 383 long write up

I could really use some of your wisdom on my build before I squander any more money on my 1977 Corvette. I bought a used polished 1988 Camero 305 maf 165 computer TPI system with a painless wire harness and all sensors to go with a 350 I was going to build. A friend gave me a great deal on a fully machined un-assembled 383, it's a 79 4 bolt main block with stock 400 rods, crank, Keith Black 383 12cc pistons, 7 QT oil pan and it also came with a new set of matched Trick flow heads, mild cam, and roller lifters.
I assembled this last winter and broke in the cam and engine last summer with a Edelbrock intake and carb, this engine performed very well. This winter I realized that with a 383 I needed to upgrade the stock TPI system so I bought 1990 Accel LTR'S with a matching 1990 (stock looking) Accel upper plenum, I also bought a after market base (I think Edelbrock), a 1990 Holley 52 MM throttle body with FMS 24 LBS injectors (I had to toss the polished system). I have ported the runners, base and plenum to the Accel gaskets and want to run a 1989 non-9th injection MAF system, I have a new 2000 pulse knock sensor and I also have a nice set of 1990 Corvette fuel rails. My question is that this system is so Mickey Moused that I have no ideas as to what kind of problems I'll be running into. I know I need a new chip burned and I'm really tired of spending money on this. I do not want to upgrade the harness to a speed density system as I like the versitility of the MAF and again "I'm tired of spending money on this system", So please give it to me hard, what am I looking at to get this to work? Here is my engine stat's.

Engine spec
383 with stock exhaust manifolds with 69 style Corvette side pipes
KB 12cc dished pistons, compression is 9.7:1
Trick Flow aluminum heads with matching springs and roller rockers
Trick Flow non-roller hydrolick flat tapped cam with 210/216 duration @.05", 440/454 lift with 110 LSA
Stock T350 with 2200 stall
336 rear gears with 25" rear tire

I know the 110 LSA might be a problem but I'm pulling 14/15LBS of vacumm with this mild cam. I also have a new set of Hooker 1 5/8th primeries comp headers that I plan on installing latter.

I aso have a new TPIS non-roller hydrolick flat tappet cam on my shelf that the cam card reads;

duration at .050" 221 intake 230 exhaust
lobe lift .3027" intake 3027 exhaust
lobe seperation 112
seat duration @ .004" .276 intake .286" exhaust
gross valve lift .484" intake .484" exhaust
degree intake lobe to 106 ATDC
seat timming int 30 BTDC 66 ABDC 106
seat timing 79 BBDC 27 ATDC 118

But that means new lifters and a new break in.
The problem with this cam is that it's lift is .004" longer than my srings are rated at and I broke in a smaller cam last summer. I do not want to try and break in a new cam and also try and get a new TPI system running.
What am I missing?
