TPI into Chevy truck questions

I am looking to install a TPI setup into my 84 K10 4x4. I have scored a TPI setup complete off an 85 305, so I know it will bolt right to my old style block/heads. I have 22lb. stock injectors as well, since the truck currently has a crate 350 (rated 260hp/350 ft. lb. per Scoggin Dickey website). My questions are:
What may be a good torque cam choice for this that will still work well with a stock TPI unit?
Should I just get a full TPI factory harness from a donor car or go the aftermarket route? This truck has AC and technically should have emissions as well.
Not sure which ECU would be my best choice, as I was hoping to not have to burn chips at all. I plan on using a MAF setup, and the truck is just a hauling/wheelin rig with some daily driving goin on. Truck actually moves pretty good now with a Q-jet, but I want the reliability of EFI, since the carb gets pretty cranky sometimes, especially off road. If this was a regular L98 roller block, I'd have a better idea of what to use, but thought maybe the older non roller motors might require a different setup with TPI. Any advice would be great. Thanks.

1227165 ECM. Use the 22 PPH injectors, run the fuel pressure at stock, keep the LSA on the cam above 108º, and tune the PROM for the application.

The Comp 12-238-2 seems to be a pretty good compliment to the TPI long runners with a loose torque converter or a manual trans and lower gears, or the XE-12-234-2 is decent for torque with a stock converter or a manual with higher gearing (numerically lower ratio).

Thanks for the info. I have since decided to run speed density, and get a harness from eficonnection. Would this be better to run a 730 ECU then? I may step up to a prominator at some point, in case I want to build the truck further.
