broken injector lock tabs

when changing my o rings i snapped 2 of the metal lock tab type things that lock the injectors in place. do i really need them? and if so where can i purchase them, will a local auto supply store carry them?

GM part# 17111267 for a pack of 5 (lists for $7.26), and yes, you should replace the broken ones.
