80 psi fuel pressure??

I have a tpi swapped into a monte carlo ss. It runs ok, but my fuel pressure is at 80 PSI. I swapped out the adjustable fuel regulator for a stock one, and there was no change. My only guess is that we got rid of the vapor canister and plugged the vapor line. Will that have any effect on the pressure. I don't think I have any fuel getting back to tank. Maybe something clogged.

If you pluged the return line it will boost the fuel pressure.
