stock fuel line flow

any one know how much fuel th stock fuel line will flow?
i have a holley 255lph pump that is brand new and i am experiencing a radical drop in pressure in the 5600-6700 rpm range.
Holley's tech said a bigger fuel line will solve. just needed some substantiation on that.

What is the definition of "radical pressure drop?" From what pressure to what pressure?
