SES light will not come on with KOEO
I just installed a coolant temp senor on my 89 iroc and now when i tried to start my car it just turns over and the ses light does not come on and i dont hear the fuel pump prime at all. Does anyone have any ideas I am going to try and check some relays. All of my fuses under the fuse panel is good.

Is there some kinda fuse for the pcm because this probably all started when I was filling my radiator back up i spilled a little water near the battery.

haha, ya man gotta love these old thirdgens. I remember when I had my old wiring setup (I now have a Painless) that I would burn up fuses everytime I floored the car, ahh yes what a lovely period that was carrying a box of fuses with me when I went racing.

No, I believe that is the fuel pump relay. I cannot make out the number that well but, if the fuel pump isnt priming when the ignition is on that would make sense that its the fuel pump relay. Good way to find out is turn to ON and see if fan comes on, in my car the fan always comes on when I turn the ignition to ON.

Hmm too bad you found that out after you bought the new relay. But bottom line is with these cars your fortunate to get away just replacing a fuse. When it comes to money pits and bad luck Im the guy to talk to.
